I really can't recommend John and Andrew from Renov8 enough having just spent six weeks at my home reconfigurating the downstairs including a fantastic media wall and kitchen replan including two bi fold doors, the process was so easy thanks to their professionalism throughout. Once iim rready to start more work it will be Renov8 who'll get the phone call. Again thank you John and Andrew.

John and his team completed my rear extension and ground floor remodel to an overwhelming standard, having been left in a bad place by the previous builder and out of pocket we were recommended Renov8 by a family member and would happily recommend to anyone, we felt very comfortable with the guys in our home and nothing we asked was never an issue.

We are wanting a quotation for a two-storey extension (on the footprint of an existing conservatory) with internal remodelling to bathrooms for our home in Whittington.

The proposals are currently going through Lichfield Planning Department with all surveys completed. In terms of plot size we are looking at the following:

• Ground extension – 20 m²
• First floor extension - 20m²
• Refurbishment internals Ground – 8m² (cupboard/under stairs and bay bench seating)
• Refurbishment internals First – 11 m² (reconfigured bathroom and en-suites)

Ideally, we are looking to commence Spring 2022
